For new coaches, we require:
1- You submit a resume outlining both your work and sports experience.

3- You review our web site and then register as a coach: http://cfgliders.com/online_registration.htm
4- You purchase a USATF card (reimbursed) and register as a coach. USATF is the governing body of track & Field in the US: http://www.usatf.org/Products—Services/Individual-Memberships.aspx
5- You undergo a background check on USATF: http://www.usatf.org/Resources-for—/Coaches.aspx
Our club number is #468 which must be on the card. The Gliders will reimburse you for the card and the background check.
After you register online with the Gliders, you will start to receive memos on the club’s operations and practice updates.
Practice is usually 5pm or 6pm for 90 minutes on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday and some Saturdays (TBA) at Sanlando Park or the Lake Brantley track
I look forward to meeting you and welcome to the Gliders. Thank you for wanting to support youth runners here in central Florida.
