2008 Track Practice Schedule It is mandatory that athletes attend practice. Attending practice regularly and on time will enable an athlete to achieve his/her top performance. Athletes should arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete their warm up (~8 minute run with a partner or in view of their parent/guardian) and stretching and be ready to safely work-out at 6:00 pm. The first Practice was Tuesday, March 11th, 2008, at 6pm @ Sanlando Park. March: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm @ Sanlando Park. Some Saturdays TBA April: Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 - 7:30 pm. Some Saturdays TBA
