The online meet entry is a 2 step process. Online registration, then payment online or by check. Please complete and submit the following online meet entry form and waiver for the 2011 Florida AAU Cross Country District Championship and National Qualifier. Once submitted, please click the "Make A Payment" button on the left navigation bar to pay your meet entry fee(s). All entries except, same-day registrations must be submitted online. Pre-registration payments may be made via check or credit card online ($13 - includes a $1 convenience fee) or by check in the mail ($12 - make check payable to CF Gliders). All pre-registration payments must be received by 10/21/10 (use special delivery if necessary). All athletes must check-in on race day and show AAU membership card. Please Note: Should you get a submission error message or login box, please select the "Back" button on your browser, copy and paste the entire form into an email, complete each box by double clicking it and email to info@cfgliders.com. Coaches submitting multiple entries may find it easier to send all the entries in an Excel spreadsheet. Just makes sure you include all the form fields as columns. Alternatively, you may also fax a completed copy of the Same-Day Entry Form to 206-309-0319. Please bring your completed form/confirmation, payment receipt and AAU card to the race.
