2017 Cross Country and Fall Track & Field Conditioning

Registration is now open for the cross country and fall track & field conditioning programs. This fall the Gliders offers three programs for its members:

  • Cross Country program that will start Tuesday, September 5th, with practice at 6pm for all ages. Practice will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm at Sanlando Park and some Saturdays.
    Please invite friends and other fast runners who may be interested in competing.
  • Track & Field fall conditioning program leading into the 2018 Indoor track season will start September 5th at 6pm with subsequent practices Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 6pm at Sanlando.
  • Private training for high school hurdlers & sprinters at Forest City Elementary Monday & Wednesday at 4:30pm  (and other days TBA) under the Gliders Elite Training Program.
